At PayInstaEduOnline (operated by PAY INSTA SEVA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD), we aim to offer a seamless fee payment experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when a payment can be reversed or refunded in coordination with the respective educational institution.

1. Payment Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully made, cancellation is generally not possible as payments are directly processed with the educational institution. However, cancellation requests may be considered under specific conditions:

  • Wrong or incorrect student details were entered.
  • Duplicate or multiple payments occurred by mistake.
  • Technical error leading to repeated transactions.
  • The institution permits the reversal based on their internal policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be processed when approved and authorized by the respective institution. PayInstaEduOnline does not independently approve refunds. Refunds may be applicable when:

  • The transaction was a duplicate payment.
  • The amount was deducted for a failed transaction.
  • The institution allows refund based on their fee policy.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Certain payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Admission fees once confirmed by the institution.
  • Examination or registration fees after submission.
  • Any fee marked as “non-refundable” by the institution.
  • Convenience charges, service fees, or platform charges.

4. Cancellation Request Process

To submit a cancellation request, users must contact both PayInstaEduOnline and the educational institution:

  • Provide transaction ID, student details, institution name, and amount.
  • Submit reason for cancellation along with supporting documents (if any).
  • We will coordinate with the institution and provide updates within 7–10 working days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once the institution approves the refund, it will be processed within 7–14 working days depending on bank and payment gateway timelines. Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method.

6. Service and Processing Charges

Service, convenience, gateway, and platform charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Only the institution-approved fee amount will be eligible for refund.
