1. Eligibility for a Refund

A transaction may be eligible for a refund under the following specific conditions:

  • The refund request is made to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • The payment amount was deducted from your bank account or card, but the transaction failed and was not credited to the respective educational institution due to a technical issue on our platform or with our payment gateway partners.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@payinstaeduonline.com with the following details:

  • Subject line: “Refund Request for Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”.
  • The registered email address and student details associated with the payment.
  • Proof of payment (such as a bank statement or screenshot showing the deduction and transaction details).

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The payment was successfully processed and credited to the respective educational institution. For such cases (e.g., overpayment or wrong student ID), please contact the institution directly.
  • The user entered incorrect information such as an invalid student ID, name, or amount. It is the user’s responsibility to verify details before proceeding with payment.
  • The transaction failed due to user-side issues such as poor internet connectivity, browser interruptions, or insufficient account balance.

4. Changes to This Policy

PayInstaEduOnline reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or published prominently on our website. Continued use of our platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
